Mike, it all depends where you live. The slang varies regionally, as I’m sure you know. Round here, one would say: “Let’s get a shot,” or “let’s get a rock,” or even “let’s get a stone.” Where I live, we rarely say “crack” – I used the term here cos it’s what all the papers say, and I wan to be understood by as many people as possible
